 rt of professional communication) and conflict-resolution competencies ar
 e increasingly recognised as essential requirements by organisations such
  the Solicitors Regulation Authority\, the General Medical Council\, the 
 Engineering Council\, the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engi
 neers\, and the Chartered Management Institute. The workshop is informed 
 by the negotiation and professional communication&rsquo\;s standards of t
 hese organisations and by employers&rsquo\; expectations.</p>\n\n<p>What 
 is it about?</p>\n\n<p>The workshop will involve practical negotiation si
 mulations and real-life scenarios relating to business\, community and pr
 ofessional disputes. Students will engage in negotiation\, reframing diff
 icult conversations\, conflict resolution\, active listening\, and collab
 orative problem-solving.</p>\n\n<p>Participants will receive:</p>\n\n<ul>
