Kickboxing is a fun and energetic sport that will challenge your coordination and fitness in a welcoming group environment. You'll be greeted by an experienced instructor who will support you in a range of drills and excercises in pairs.
The session is suitable for everyone to enjoy irrespective of experience or ability! All equipment will be provided, just bring a water bottle and clothes you're comfortable to move in, noting the session will be run barefoot.
