It's easy to feel as though we have no ability to influence the world around us, but you have the capacity to change more than you might realise. If you’d like to learn how you can drive change and tap into people power, this interactive workshop run by Citizens UK is for you.

This workshop will be delivered by a Community Organiser from Birmingham Citizens (Citizens UK’s local alliance) with over a decade for campaigns, actions, and victories to draw on. Attendees will be introduced to the tools they use to win, and given the option to take part in a major regional youth assembly on the 4 July.

Citizens UK is the largest and most impactful people powered alliance in the country, and its work has helped win countless local, regional and national campaigns. Whether it's a pedestrian crossing on an unsafe road, fundamentally reshaping our mental health services, or increasing the wages of working people, their method of bringing diverse coalitions of people together to win change through 'Community Organising' has helped drive change for good through countless campaigns.
