RedHat (an IBM owned company) will be running a 3.5 hour in-person practical training session using Lego to give you a comprehensive introduction to agile project management, what’s the theory behind the methodology and how to put it into practice. You will be ‘learning by doing’ so expect a hands-on, in-person interactive session.
This workshop will be great for any aspiring project managers, consultants, product managers, business analysts and many, many more. Agile project management methodologies are now applied in almost all industries, so this session will give you excellent first-hand insights and experience to talk to employers about at interview.
The BBS Careers team will be providing participants with a certificate to showcase your new agile project management skills on your CV, LinkedIn and at interview.
The Lego labs workshop will be held on Tuesday 24 June from 13:30-17:00. We have limited places only for the event, so please book as soon as possible so as not to be disappointment. If you do book a slot and then later decide you no longer wish to attend the event, please let us know as soon as possible so we can allocate your slot to one of your course mates. We don’t mind if you drop out, just please tell us!
Allocation will be done a first come, first serve basis. If we exceed our sign-ups then we will set-up a waiting list from the sign-up registration form. Invitations will be sent out that include the event location.
