Due to high demand, we are offering additional one-hour sessions on CPR and basic life support, providing essential skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. These practical, instructor-led sessions will cover fundamental techniques, including CPR and recovery position. 

Please note: While this training provides valuable knowledge and hands-on practice, it does not include certification. These sessions are designed to build confidence and awareness, ensuring you know how to help someone in critical moments.
