This November, Forward Thinking Birmingham's Peer Support Workers are running three session for current students, those returning to university, or those taking a break. The sessions take place online over 90 minutes, with 60 minutes of group content and discussions, followed by a 30 minute optional Q&A and reflection time, for those who wish to stay.

Session 1: Perfectionism

  • Do you think that you must do things right the first time?
  • Do you procrastinate and delay work out of a fear of failure?
  • Do you struggle to meet your own high standard?
  • Has fear of making a mistake stopped you from doing something?
