This November, Forward Thinking Birmingham's Peer Support Workers are running three session for current students, those returning to university, or those taking a break. The sessions take place online over 90 minutes, with 60 minutes of group content and discussions, followed by a 30 minute optional Q&A and reflection time, for those who wish to stay.

Session 2: Coping with distress
- Do you find university stress difficult to manage?
- Have you noticed yourself using unhelpful/undesirable coping strategies (e.g. drinking, binge eating) to deal with distress?
- Do you experience emotions intensely and frequently?
- Do you feel that these experiences are getting in the way of you living your best life?
