This November, Forward Thinking Birmingham's Peer Support Workers are running three session for current students, those returning to university, or those taking a break. The sessions take place online over 90 minutes, with 60 minutes of group content and discussions, followed by a 30 minute optional Q&A and reflection time, for those who wish to stay.

Session 3: Navigating burnout

  • Do you find it difficult to stop working on goals or switch off?
  • Do you struggle with periods of fatigue, reduced motivation and emotional exhaustion?
  • Do you feel disconnected with work, university or things that you once enjoyed?
  • Do you experience cycles of productivity followed by disinterest?
